I provide complimentary health care to people going through cancer, chronic illness and the terminally ill.
I come from a special needs education background and became interested in natural health care after working many years in the primary school setting with children who had special needs.
When my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness several years ago, I helped him and my mother with his palliative care at home. This lead me down the path of palliative and oncology massage where I became involved in the Cancer Council’s Complimentary Therapy Program at Dot’s Place here in Mandurah.
I love nurturing others, whether it be my family, friends, pets or the community. I combine my love of herbs, nutrition and aromatherapy with massage and practicality to promote healthy minds and health bodies in our day to day lives.
My goal is to provide comfort, support and understanding that will enable you to feel more in control and enhance your quality of life. Through my clinic and volunteering work I endeavour to provide a safe haven from the pressures and challenges that life brings and encourage people to take time out and nurture themselves.
My focus is on the person rather than the disease or symptoms you may be experiencing. I specialises in:
I hold qualifications in Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Paediatric Massage, Oncology and Palliative Care Massage and the Management and Prevention of Lymphoedema including Complex Decongestive Therapy
